In 2003 Charlton McFadden founded Charz Records & Entertainment, which specialized in the development and launching of musical artists. Mr. McFadden is also the personal manager of several of the key artists on the roster.

Charlton serves as the entertainment coordinator in association with du Jour Films and Entertainment and is involved in the logistics and research of the numerous topics for Black American History.Org. Charlton McFadden is a very valuable asset to the progress of du Jour Films and Entertainment.
